Singapore pathways
Each route has different eligibility, employer obligations and official process steps. The summary below is deliberately high-level; use the MOM source for current detail.
Employment Pass (EP)
For foreign professionals, managers, executives and technicians. MOM states a current entry salary beginning at SGD 5,600; salary is age-progressive and sector-dependent, and COMPASS remains part of the assessment.

For skilled Associate Professionals and Technicians. It is subject to quota and levy rules. MOM states new candidates need at least SGD 3,300; the applicable salary depends on age and sector.
